On Sunday, July 20th, 2025, Shree Nithyananda Yogashrama at Kondevoor Mutt, Uppala, Kasaragod, radiated with joy and spiritual fervor as the institution hosted the much-anticipated “Yuva Keerthanotsava.” The event was organized in celebration of the 22nd Chaturmasya Vrat Observance of Paramapoojya Sri Sri Yogananda Saraswati Swamiji and unfolded under the dignified guidance of Haridasa, Kalaratna Shamnadiga Kumble.

The festival brought together young voices and devotees, weaving together timeless stories of devotion and virtue through the classical art of Harikatha. Attendees, both from within the local community and neighboring regions, gathered with enthusiasm, transforming the ashrama into a vibrant center of faith and culture for the day.

Programme Highlights

Morning: An Auspicious Beginning

The day’s proceedings commenced with a formal Initiation Programme at 9:30 AM. This ceremonial inauguration set a reverent tone for the ensuing performances, as blessings were invoked for the success of the young narrators.

At 10:00 AM, the Harikatha session began, featuring the following students and their inspirational topics:

After a rejuvenating lunch break at 1:00 PM, the Harikatha performances continued from 2:00 PM onward. The afternoon saw further displays of talent and spiritual insight:
